Forget CRM - the age of VRM is dawning for the media giants.


Leading media empires like HBO, Showtime and Comedy Central already have access to one of the most powerful CRM tools available - their own websites. It's not a sexy multi-million enterprise wide CRM project but the approach does deliver one thing that many of the high flying software firms have failed to, actionable results. Occam's Razor applies here - the simplest answer is the best, at least until technology catches up and costs go down.
