CRM Metrix Privacy

Consumer privacy is important to us. We will do our part to protect it, as CRM Metrix is committed to ensuring the privacy of people who cooperate with our online surveys. The following are the basic principles by which we conduct our business:

  1. All of the information collected will only be used for research purposes.

  2. We will never sell anyone's name or other information to a mailing list.

  3. The type of personal information that respondents may provide includes:

    1. Name

    2. Company

    3. Job title

    4. Address

    5. Email address

    6. Phone number

  4. Customer experience surveys are initiated to improve the processes, experiences and the relationships between our clients and their customers. The survey sponsor is stated on each survey along with the intention of confidentiality. On some occasions, if the consumer opts-in to share the personal information listed above, the survey sponsor would be provided with this, along with aggregate data findings. No other personally identifiable information is provided through our surveys.

  5. For all other purposes, either aggregate data is used, or data that has been stripped of all personally identifiable or sensitive information.

  6. CRM Metrix takes all reasonable steps to protect the security and integrity of the information that respondents provide to us through our customer experience surveys.

  7. Respondents have the right to check the data that has been collected and to correct inaccurate personal information.

  8. If a person clearly states his/her agreement through a voluntary opt-in, CRM Metrix may recontact this person for further research purposes. This typically happens when the person agrees to join our online research panel.

  9. People under the age of 14 years are usually not eligible for our surveys (in compliance with E.U. and U.S. laws). If such data collection occurs, CRM Metrix follows the COPPA Guidelines.

Cookies
Online research often requires us to associate short pieces of text, commonly referred to as "cookies," with consumers’ web browsers. A cookie allows us to recognize a web browser, but it does not give any personal identifying information about the consumer. CRM Metrix™ sets different types of cookies, but our most common use is to avoid inviting someone with the same web browser to take the same survey twice. If cookies are turned off, we are unable to recognize whether or not someone has been offered a survey, and may inadvertently offer them the same survey in the future

Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, CRM Metrix cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you transmit such information at your own risk.

If you have questions with regards to our privacy policy, kindly email us.
